Payers
Pulse advise on commercially viable strategies that both reduce costs for the payer, and improve access and quality for patients, through the addition of digital healthcare tools. We are strong believers that the two are not mutually exclusive.
Having an optimal digital healthcare solution provides considerable advantages when it comes to winning new business and renewing commercial agreements. We work with payers, insurers, underwriters, consultants and third-party administrators to develop digital healthcare solutions that provide product differentiation, in what is an increasingly competitive space.
Our ambition is for every single medical episode to commence with digital health, irrespective of whether the patient has a suspected cough or cancer, and we advise on the integration of various technology enabled tools including the use of AI enabled symptom checkers, doctor booking platforms, and electronic medical records, to drive efficiencies.
We advise on the full suite of value-add digital healthcare predictive and preventative solutions available to payers including teleconsultation, diagnostics, drug delivery, at-home monitoring, chronic disease management and wellness. Our in-house engineering team have considerable experience in building and advising on digital healthcare solutions that are fully integrated to payer’s backend technology, for a seamless claims management experience. We have extensive experience of working across blue-collar and white-collar communities in both the developed and developing markets, and provide support on the localization of cross border technology-led solutions, including initial claims audit analysis as well as developing optimum commercial pricing models.
Case Study:
White-labelled app for Allianz Partners
Pulse are proud to be behind the building of a white-labelled app based telehealth solution (LiveDoc) for Allianz Partners in the Middle East, having won the mandate from some fierce international competition. We advised and built a fully integrated teleconsultation solution for their business, including complete integration with their own backend claims management systems, white-labelled iOS and Android apps and associated doctor and backend platforms, and developed a real-time KPI and SLA dashboard for quality assurance and quality improvement.
Not content with building the most sophisticated solution available in the market, we embarked on the roll-out and delivery of a full and detailed utilization strategy including thought leadership and education sessions with key B2B clients, a comprehensive social and digital strategy with associated videos and push notifications, a detailed calendar of in-corporate health and wellness workshops, and the authoring of the Middle East’s first and only ‘Telehealth for Blue-Collar Workers’ White Paper.
