Mergers & Acquisitions
We provide a full solution for those looking to either sell their business, raise additional capital, or acquire complimentary technology-led businesses to capture more of the value chain.
We work with digital health companies across all stages of their fundraising journey, from raising Series A capital to full exit. We understand the pressure on founders and business owners to raise capital in a timely manner, and our team assist in the building of comprehensive data-rooms and associated financial models to support valuations.
We advise on the streamlining of legal documentation including the issuance of digital share certificates, making capital raises more efficient and less expensive. As a team, we have raised capital for a large number of companies across the Americas, Europe, Asia and the Middle East and are extremely well connected across family offices, venture capital, private equity and institutional investors.
We only work with trusted investors who are already well known to the Pulse team and on occasion take temporary executive or non-executive positions to assist founders in the delivery of their growth and scale ambitions.
We assist healthcare companies in sourcing, screening and valuing tag-on acquisitions. We have worked with the likes of blue-chip health insurance companies to target acquisition targets across Europe, the MENA region and South East Asia. We are in essence a data driven strategic advisory business focused on small to mid-cap transactions. We also assist by taking board seats and advisory/non-executive advisory positions where we believe we can add value.
Case Study:
Case for Telehealth: A Global M&A Strategy for blue-chip European insurance company
On behalf of a large listed European insurance company, we were selected to conduct a 6 month strategic research project, culminating in the authoring a 130 page strategic document, The Case for Telehealth.
Research included a comprehensive market and competitor assessment, a deep macro analysis of key geographies and countries, and the sourcing and screening of over 320 potential corporate acquisition/investment targets in Europe, MENA and South East Asia.
Conclusions were made based on a deep knowledge of our client’s current assets and expertise, as well as their future roadmap and strategic direction.

We author, build and advise on data-rooms to support buy and sell-side transactions within the digital health sector
Aside from ongoing engagement with the digital healthcare investor community, we are active contributors to print and radio, as well thought leaders within the digital health sector.
